1. Initiation – creation of a working brief that outlines the project and leads to a full functional specification, terms of reference, objectives and risks. Leading to wireframes of key pages and ultimately full template designs.
2. Build – development of the site according to plan.
3. Test – inhouse and client testing which includes usability, accessibility and browser compatibility testing.
4. Implement – which includes post launch warranty period and 30 & 60 day review to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
5. Refine – we don’t believe web projects end; constant evolution is necessary via multi-variate testing to maintain competitive advantage.
